Katrina infuses her background in Buddhist yoga with her passion for acrobatics to create classes that promote mindfulness, patience, and self-compassion while cultivating strength, flexibility, and a lighthearted approach to challenges found on and off the mat. She earned her 200-hour yoga teaching certification in 2012 from Dharma Yoga Austin.
