It’s a group fitness class for your mental & emotional health.

The focus of this non-conversational group is connecting with the self. Our group structure creates a container for personal accountability.

The facilitator will provide guidance for quiet, self-paced activities. Participants are invited to honor their inner wisdom and participate in the ways that feel best.

Katrina Repman
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate

In addition to my masters degree in marriage and family counseling, I have over 10 years of experience teaching yoga and meditation. I utilize tools of mindfulness and self-compassion in my work.

I am supervised by Billy Lee Myers Jr., LMFT-S.
