It’s as a group fitness class for your mental & emotional health.
The focus of this non-conversational group is connecting with the self. Our group structure creates a container for personal accountability.
The facilitator will provide guidance for quiet, self-paced activities. Participants are invited to honor their inner wisdom and participate in the ways that feel best.
Schedule & Location
• Weekly Group
• 90 minutes
• Monday and/or Thursday, as my schedule allows. I’ll send out the meeting time & link to all group members.
• For your first session, please join us at the start time. After that, participants are invited to arrive late & leave early as needed.
• Virtual sessions will take place on Zoom

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate
In addition to my masters degree in marriage and family counseling, I have over 10 years of experience teaching yoga and meditation. I utilize tools of mindfulness and self-compassion in my work.
I am supervised by Billy Lee Myers Jr., LMFT-S.
