Katrina Repman offers a gentle pace and a lighthearted approach to yoga. Her online yoga & meditation videos are accessible for beginners and focus on a range of topics including relaxation, pain relief, weight loss, and flexibility. Katrina began teaching in 2012 after studying at Dharma Yoga Austin, where hatha yoga is infused with Buddhist philosophy. She has spent the following years working with clients of all ages and leading classes at public studios, corporate offices, and her clients’ homes.
